partners integrators and consultancies
Assess with Themis. Transform with you. Verify with Themis.
Themis holds no write credentials and sells no services. Every finding the audit produces — stale rules, undeclared flows, segmentation gaps, control-plane complexity — is a project, and the project is yours. The verification that it worked is ours.
0100 the loop
Three verbs. The middle one is yours.
01
Assess
A read-only audit on the client's estate: declared, configured and observed held against each other. A measured baseline instead of assumptions, before any redesign starts.
02
Transform
Redesign, remediation, firewall rationalisation, migration, integration, managed services — scoped from findings, not from a discovery workshop. Partner-owned, end to end.
03
Verify
After the work, Themis proves the network behaves as intended: the change landed, the gap closed, the evidence is dated and reproducible. Then it keeps proving it.
The partner owns the relationship and the transformation. Themis owns the audit and the verification protocol.
0200 why bring it into an account
It creates work without competing for it.
New services pipeline
The audit turns hidden problems into qualified transformation projects — each with evidence attached, which shortens the conversation about whether the problem is real.
De-risked transformation
An objective baseline before redesign, migration or segmentation work. The project starts from measured reality; the dependencies are known before the change window, not during it.
Proven outcomes
After remediation, the same engine verifies that the network behaves as intended. Measurable before and after, in an artifact the client's auditor can replay.
A differentiated offer
An independent verification layer on LAN/WAN, cloud, Zero Trust, segmentation and modernisation engagements — something the competing proposal does not have.
Expanded services revenue
Findings trigger redesign, remediation, firewall rationalisation, migration, integration and managed services. All of it is partner-owned work.
Recurring relevance
Continuous assurance keeps the partner in the account after the project, and supports an ongoing managed-service or advisory relationship on top of it.
0300 who, and what we bring
Two kinds of partner. The same short kit.
Network and infrastructure integrators, resellers
Attach assessment and remediation services; create pull-through for LAN/WAN, firewall, cloud networking and modernisation; differentiate with continuous evidence. The standard read-only assessment is the entry in every account.
Infrastructure, cloud and security consultancies
A diagnostic for infrastructure, cloud and cyber programmes; an evidence layer for Zero Trust and segmentation work; a transformation accelerator with a measurable before and after.
What we bring: a standard read-only assessment with a one-page readiness checklist, a fifteen-minute demo, a short qualification questionnaire, and joint mapping on a couple of named accounts to start. We are deliberately working with few partners while the assessment is still being made repeatable — partners scale a proven motion; they should not be asked to discover it for us.
